  • If you order multiple items, they may be shipped separately from different fulfillment centers.

3. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can track your package's journey via the link provided in the email.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery destination.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • HACK ITEM is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

6. Incorrect Address

  • It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address. HACK ITEM is not liable for any loss or delay resulting from an incorrect address provided by the customer. Please double-check your address before finalizing your order.
Return policy

2. Eligibility for Return

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

6. Return Shipping

  • For returns due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • For returns due to a defective or incorrect item, HACK ITEM will cover all shipping costs.

7. Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your original purchase according to our policy and place a new order.
